SGSCC disAbility is a unique environment – come and be part of the Community College where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with SGSCC.
SGSCC disAbility has over 35 years of experience providing disability services in the local community. We have grown from being a small department of St George & Sutherland Community College providing one ADHC funded Day Program to the largest department at the College. We now provide a range of programs, courses, activities and individualised supports funded by ADHC and fee for service. We provide our services of support at the College, in the community and in your home.
SGSCC disAbility is committed to providing you with a positive customer experience delivered by friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. From the beginning of your journey with SGSCC disAbility you will be provided with an experience that aims to give you all of the information you require every step of the way. SGSCC disAbility will develop a partnership that provides you with the opportunity to choose your staff, direct your journey and achieve your goals.
In July 2017 SGSCC disAbility will be a registered NDIS Provider. We look forward to supporting people with a disability and their families on the next step of the journey towards choice and control.
Currently we are a provider of the following ADHC funded services: Community Participation, Life Choices, Active Ageing, Supported Living Fund and Individualised Support Packages.
