Our People

SGSCC disAbility has a team who work together to ensure the delivery of top quality service. We currently employ approximately 80 staff, including Individual Support Workers, Day Program Support Workers, Support Planners, Management and various other Support Staff. 

Our staff bring a diverse mix of formal qualifications and life experiences, and they are encouraged to share their passions and talents within the services we provide. Each staff member completes a one page profile when commencing work at SGSCC disAbility, and these contribute to our Client to Staff Matching. Our STEP classes have staff who have class specific skills and knowledge, and are committed to delivering skills based educational opportunities.  

 

Patricia Carroll

Chief Executive Officer

Patricia is responsible for the overall management, planning and strategic direction of St George & Sutherland Community College (SGSCC).

Cathy Lovelock

SGSCC disAbility Manager

Cathy is responsible for the overall management of the disability services at SGSCC.

 

Angela Rose

SGSCC disAbility Assistant Manager

Angela is responsible for assisting the Manager with the overall management of the disability services at SGSCC.

 

Paula Kendall

Quality and Fundraising Manager

Paula is responsible for the continuing quality and compliance for SGSCC, as well as all fundraising activities.

 

Debbie Campbell

SGSCC disAbility Administration Assistant

Debbie is responsible for general administration and personal assistant to the management of the disability services at SGSCC.

SGSCC disAbility Support Team

Our support team consists of a number of different roles including Support Planners, Support Workers, Personal Care Staff, Transport Staff and Specialised Contractors.
